This is a new series called "Real Reviews"! I'll be reviewing products That I feel should be reviewed or reviews you requested! (Send me requests by emailing me! marissasmakeupmania@hotmail.com) Let's dive into the review!

I recently tried Maybelline Dream Mousse Bouncy Blush in Fresh Pink. Now I have to be honest- I only bought this because it was supposed to be bouncy. I had tried the other dream mousse blushes and found they were average quality so, I figured it'd be the same with this one. It wasn't. I'm not saying its a bad blush, just not a great one. Its very sheer and you need about four applications to get the color you see in the package. Also, (though this isn't necessarily a bad thing) it was extremely hard. If you've tried any dream mousse products you know that they are very smooth and creamy. This however was relatively hard, The one thing I love about this blush is that it really does bounce! I probably play with it more than I use it aha.

Bottom Line: This product is great if you want very sheer pigmentation but, if your looking for anything else don't buy. Marissahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10415043941815922590noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4053902032097721693.post-70657030708692546812012-01-23T18:10:00.000-08:002012-01-23T18:10:27.847-08:00Weird Beauty Fact Of The Day!Ever wonder why there's a fresh sprig of parsley on your dinner plate when you're at a restaurant? So today I'll be showing you how to get this super adorable hairstyle!! Keep reading to find out how to do this!

1) Brush your hair.

2) Put your hair up into a loose ponytail but, one strand out.

3) Now take you ponytail and loop it through the hair tie but not all the way. You should have created a sort of loop.

4) Separate the loop into two sections. Then, take the stand you left out and bobby pin it to your head. Tada! All done!

If you wanna watch how it's done here is the vid I learned how to do this from: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-MWqyGtzclQ&feature=list_related&playnext=1&list=SPD4D5DE6CCCF00AF4
In an effort to maintain a porcelain complexion, young women would eat clay, even though it often caused anemia or chlorosis. In the late 18th century, members of The French Court such as Marie Antoinette also obsessed over having flawless alabaster skin. They faked it with thick layers of white powder (made out of everything from white lead and talc to pulverized bone) combined with wax, whale blubber, or vegetable oil to give the face makeup a greasy consistency that adhered to the skin.Marissahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10415043941815922590noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4053902032097721693.post-1772513735374053272011-09-13T19:39:00.000-07:002011-10-23T18:33:05.434-07:00Halloween Tutorial: Angel MakeupHey girls! Unfortunately they can get a little pricey so I make my own! Here's how you do it!

Materials Needed:
Facial Moisturizer (preferably with SPF)
Any Foundation (Try a shade a little darker than normal)
Paper plate
Toothpick
Container

1) Take your moisturizer and foundation and put an equal amount of each on the plate.

2) Using the toothpick mix the 2 together.
